Describe the bug

개발서버 ssh 접속 안됨
개발서버 API 동작안함

To Reproduce

사용가능한 메모리를 모두 사용하고있어서, 추가로 ssh 나 java 앱 실행을 못하는듯
배포스크립트 자동화 추가한거랑 관련있는지 확인 필요

Expected behavior

개발서버 ssh 접속 잘 되어야함
개발 API 잘 동작해야함
