Axe-core generated an src-history.json file in its root. This keeps hashes of previous versions of axe-core, so that tool loading an older version of axe-core from an unknown source can verify its authenticity before running it. This feature was primarily used by browser extensions, however as of Chrome's manifest v3 change it is no longer permitted to run remote scripts in browser extensions anyway. We therefore no longer need to generate the sri-history.json file.
