Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user i need to simple method to install / remove / list plugins for k9s, like kubectl krew

Describe the solution you'd like
Separate command plugins inside k9s binary which will change plugins.yaml

Describe alternatives you've considered
Separate shell script k9s-plugins-install.sh which will install all plugins folder
