Once we have detailed team data in nflgame, the Team model can and should be modified to include historic team data.

This would;

remove team.py and the standard_team hackery that we use to manage the inconsistency of the nfl api
warrant changing the primary key of this table -> teamId.
probably touch a LOT of code.
