Legendary needs space in C drive to install in other drives

Operating system and version: Windows 10 Home
Legendary version (legendary -V): 0.20.33

Expected Behavior

Games get installed in a folder I designated in installed.json

Current Behavior

Despite setting the install_path to a folder in drive E (tested with a small sized game),
Legendary says "Failure: Not enough available disk space! 3.28 GiB < 44.49 GiB", I'm trying to install Wolfenstein: The New Order on a drive with over 100GB free, but I can't because drive C only has 3.28GB.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have very little storage space left in drive C
2. Designate an install path in another drive in installed.json
3. Attempt to install a large game using Legendary

Why are you modifying installed.json? When installing a game, specify --base-path E:\the\path\you\want to set the path

I modified installed.json because of another issue that said to do so, which worked for games that are small in size.

How do I use this exactly? After doing "legendary --base-path E:\Legendary Games", this is what I see:

You needed to do it as legendary install (putappidhere) --base-path the path where you want it but if there is an space in the file path as I can see with where you want to install you need to put " in between the start and end of base/file path.
