Currently, Protocol Labs has created an implementation of the concept of Impact Certificates under the name Hypercerts. We hope to connect hypercerts to Nodes so that we can represent and track the types of impact that a given Node, pre-print, data, or other Research Object might have.

OUTPUT: The ability to associate Hypercerts, or another implementation of impact certificates, with a Node.
