RFP: Submit a proposal for creating a high-quality text editor in nodes

One request from researchers has been to have a LATEX-like text editor that can connect well with nodes. One example of this is the Open-Source LATEX editor Overleaf.

We hope to either connect an existing LATEX editor or to implement text editor capability through a plug-in in nodes to facilitate a higher quality workflow for researchers who currently need to export, download, and re-upload PDFs with each edit they make to their manuscript.

OUTPUT: A plugin that implements or connects a high-quality text editor to nodes.
