SurveyQA and guiding buttons not working

SurveyQA and guiding buttons lead to "ERROR: no data found for input URL". The guiding buttons work at the NERSC link but the SurveyQA button at NERSC still leads to the aforementioned error.

Thanks for reporting @tanveerkarim. There are a couple of known problems here (see also #192 and #255): first, the versions of bokeh at NERSC and KPNO differ so spectra are broken at NERSC but work at KPNO, while guiding "works" at NERSC but is broken at KPNO. Second, some of the javascript callbacks needed to view the guiding images are non-functional. @jose-bermejo and I are planning to tackle these problems next.

The broken SurveyQA links are fixed by PR #311.

The remaining issue with guiding plots at KPNO is not a problem with the JavaScript callbacks. Offline tests with bokeh 2.4 show that everything works as it should. We'd like to upgrade bokeh at KPNO but are being extra-conservative until nightly data transfers are restored and the KPNO instance is no longer the only game in town.

Closing this ticket as the first issue is addressed and the second is a duplicate.
