This issue should be taken into account while working on the entire project. Chris stated that he'd like the app to work on modern versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. We need all of the features to work correctly on the past two versions of these browsers. Older browser support is nice but not required.

@ctlusto @phillipson808, question:
I know CRA uses babel to ensure cross-browser support at the JS level. Are we talking more strictly CSS styles?
