Feature Request: Even higher resolutions than 640x480

Dethrace looks gorgeous while executing the -hires command, but I'll have to admit that an option of running a pixel resolution closer to modern displays would be the icing on the cake. Something tells me though that including this feature would be way harder than adding a few lines of code.
