[ BUG] Ingame timer seems to be attached to the ingame FPS

i had 3 races today but when my FPS goes up when not many things happen on screen the timer for the mach gets faster ??? 1 sec is over in 0,5 sec and so on.
time goes to normal when many enemys are on the screen.

sorry for the bad english .here the bug in short:

high fps = timer runs faster
low fps = timer runs normal
