Swiftly Convert is a simple yet a very functional unit conversion app specially for iOS Devices. It is an user-friendly app built using Swift and SwiftUI. It allows user to easily convert units of measurements across categories such as length, weight and temperature and also helps to do some financial calculations like Simple interest calculations and Compound interest calculations. This version supports light and dark mode with a simple user interface.

- Clone the Repository

- Open in XCode After cloning, open the project in XCode:
- Navigate to the folder where the project is saved.
- Double click the .xcodeproj file to open the project in XCode.
- Alternatively, in XCode, go to File > Open, and select .xcodeproj file.
- Select the Target Device
- In XCode toolbar, select the appropriate target device (an iOS Simulator or a connected physical iOS device).
- Ensure the app is set to run on iOS 17.5 or higher.
- Run the Project
- Press the “Run” button in Xcode (Cmd + R) to build and run the project on the selected device.
- If any errors occur, ensure that all dependencies are installed and the environment matches the prerequisites.
- Optional - Test on a Physical Device For those who want to test on a real iPhone:
- Connect the iPhone via USB and choose the device from the list in the top toolbar.
- Ensure the iPhone has been trusted by the Mac.
- You may need an Apple Developer account to deploy the app onto a real device.
- Explore and Use
- The app should now launch on the chosen device. You can explore its functionality, such as selecting unit categories and converting between them or do some financial calculations.

- In order to toggle between light and dark mode you need to switch appearance of the device in the appearance section of the device settings.
- The app is not refined to various screen sizes so it may occur issues in viewing on your screen. For best screen viewing experience, on simulator select iPhone 16 Pro or iPhone 15 Pro.
