Take a look at the pretty clear https://choosealicense.com/appendix/ table.
Except if you close source for paid-features packages, this exclusion is not open-source license compatible.

I think AGPL v3 would be appropriate, allowing personal use without any problems but requiring any derivatives/clones to also be open source under the same license, so even if clones did pop up, any changes they make can be incorporated into the original project. It's also pretty established from projects already using it and a legal standpoint. |

Any recommendation that could fit this project well?
One that allows open source contribution, but avoids clones. One that allows this to be a commercial project, but doesn't allow others to bypass its paid features or charge people on their own. One that limits liability.
AGPL-3.0 doesn't tick all the boxes but looks interesting. Which others?
