Create a new table that is run outside of the IATI refresh/reload process that is capable of reducing the raw_iati_activities, raw_iati_transactions, and iati_publisher_frequency table into statistics about humanitarian publishers. Until the iati_publisher_frequency table can be populated with enough timestamps to make meaningful use of it, the frequency statistics may need to be replicated from another source of data.

Hi @akmiller01, where do you suggest we get the frequency statistics from in the time being? And what would be a good threshold to start using our own?

Probably http://publishingstats.iatistandard.org/timeliness.html

If we borrow the same methodology, we could start with that as a foundation and build our own data on top of it, so that we could start using our own after 1 month.
