This error can be reproduced on Internet Explorer (version: 11.864.17763.0)

Steps to reproduce:

Open devtreff.io on Internet Explorer.
Scroll down the page.
See that some text elements of the page are displayed partially outside of the viewport.

Expected result:
All page elements are displayed and positioned according to the design.
