Suggestion: Find others who use this language

I'm listed as one of the top 1% of active Pike users on github, which probably means simply that there are few (if any!) other active Pike users at all. Is there a way to ask either github or osrc to list the top few developers in any given language? Seeing who's in the top 1% with me would be rather neat, plus I'd probably look at their repos to see if there's anything fun to contribute to.
