I want to be able to have a Toc view and a sidebar in the HTML vocabulary

Reuse the template of W3C ontology REC publications, like here https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-ssn/#toc

Describe alternatives you've considered
Some samples in PyLODE can be an inspiration
