As a rule, ar5iv only supports a single version of an article, and it is usually the first version released by arXiv in the official bulk download channels.

From time to time I run a bulk update for the collection - the last one was in February 2024. So this paper may update again to its latest version before a full rerun, but there is no telling when exactly that will be.

That said, I think you can find the v2 HTML at the official arXiv URL already, right?
