There are lots of difficulties when running this project. When you read the sorce code you' ll know it lasks some codes called "xxhash", which you can find in github. You need to put them in the right place. Then you need to write the CMakeLists by yourself in each folder for each function. Finally it's very troublesome compiling C++ with pytorch. Good luck

Could someone explain how to determine the clustering threshold COARSE_T which is 2048, in the DK clustering code in /clustering folder?
