Can not install dhall-lsp-server

I just installed ubuntu 23.10 with ghcup and i'm getting this

What version of GHC are you using?
The template-haskell-2.19.0.0 in the output indicates that it is the 9.4 branch; Can you confirm that?

GHC 9.8.1 installed (will run from command line with ghc command), but GHC 9.4.8 set as default with ghcup
