Reports not loaded

Hi Dhana,
Really a great work you have done, its working like a charm ! Hadsoff to you man.

I have a problem, I used this and am able to see the reports in my dev environment but when i push the code to prod, at times report doesnt load. If i try again it will load. am not able to find any pattern, it randomly stops working. Do you have any fix for it ?
By prod server has a load balancer managing two servers
