This issue is about introducing web hooks support in the Java client.

The client should support event hooks. Event hooks (web hooks) were introduced in DHIS 2 version 40.

This includes:

Creating a new event hook, in other words, subscribing to a specific type of event in DHIS 2.
Receiving and parsing events published by DHIS 2.
