Description

It would be beneficial to implement an action that automatically renames pull requests based on commit messages and changes made within the pull request. This would be particularly useful for repositories where pull requests are squash merged, while still giving the maintainer the opportunity to manually rename the pull request before finalizing the merge.

Suggested Solution

Add an option to also process pull request titles when a pull request is created

Alternatives

No response

Additional Context
