是否有老哥可以帮忙看一下

比如我们的线性地址（已经经过了分段机制的转换）是
15M

二进制表示就是
0000000011_0100000000_000000000000
”
这里转换的过程我不是很理解，为什么15M会变化为这个，我使用本地计算并不是这个值，是我算错了吗？还是有设么别的计算方式？

我觉得是不是这里写错了，应该是13M才对
