Getting different results when using seed parameter

When the code for the geology data set is run with the below parameters, different results files are generated. The run-time parameters include seed parameter that can be used to replicate the same results.

-ds geology -nv 1281 -t R -l Initialized_MimicGraph.ser -s 1635588335177 -op 30000

I have attached the output files that were generated. Also included is the initialized mimic graph file, which was used for execution.
