Link Parental Strains where possible

In Strain curation, we add parents, or parental strains. For a long time, we added DBS IDs for later mapping. So for those, and only those that have a DBS ID, LINK Parental Strain.

We often added the strain descriptor, which is NOT UNIQUE, and in parenthesis the DBS ID. So use the DBS ID to link but DISPLAY the Strain Descriptor

A few times, when parental descriptor is too long, the database doesn't take it and I added DBS ID only.

Allows queries such as "for how many, or which strains has parental strain X been used".
