DSC order: Automatic addition of labels

Currently, when an order comes in and automatically added to Git, labels 'Strain Order' and / or 'Plasmid Order' are automatically added.

However, with the much more informative and structured new form, could we add more labels automatically?

• Payment method: People select one of the 3 available in the labels, so this should be easy to add, such as 'Credit Card'
• Country, if a label matches like 'United States' or 'Germany'.

@LinaFouad: Let's update the country labels In Stock Center Orders to MATCH the countries in the list from the Order form:
