dictyBase wiki pages have often important content that should not get lost. Pages fall into two main categories. The community annotations would be nice to be exported by script at a time @cybersiddhu . The documentation / curator pages I will discuss with @rjdodson

Community Annotations

Annotation Guidelines

There are important curation support pages that we need to transfer. Bob, we need to discuss should we start SOPs. Maybe you can go to the most important pages and start working on some curation SOPs and we make a nice PDF, like I with Lina for the DSC. And curation tool specific things and invalids like Textpresso, can be ignored. These are things that are curation tool independent.

I could SQL the genes with community annotations and added the xlsx file here. It downloads the Excel when you click on 'View Raw'
