[Feature request] Relative paths in playlist (.m3u) files

I would like relative paths in the .m3u files so you can export the playlists and music folder to use on other devices (such as a phone).
being able to import your own .m3u playlists with relative paths would also be really useful.
I know you can make playlists with Dopamine, but those use absolute paths so I cannot use these files on for example my phone.
