Include workflow configuration option that prevents including VP in results

Workflows that are configured to have a VP presentation schema should be able to be optionally be configured such that, in a particular exchange, only the fact that the VP met the schema (and was verified, etc.) is returned to exchange state polling clients, not the entire VP.
