Fix stylelint-use-logical extension

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have the extension stylelint-use-logical in our code, which should stop us from using CSS like right: 3px;. It doesn't always (e.g. https://github.com/digitalfabrik/integreat-app/pull/2847/files#diff-280a6275537a453da7a8318a0df632fd3a441c269326df0ecdc3d7a555e39af3R43). That kind of makes it worse than useless because we think a program is doing the work for us and so we don't do it ourselves, except the program is only sometimes doing it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Several possibilities:

1. Figure out why the extension isn't doing what it's supposed to do and fix it.
2. Replace the extension with a different one.
3. Remove the extension because this is worse than not having it. But it's still the least favourite option.
