Description

At the moment, every devices shows the "Status", "LLDP Neighbors", and "Configuration" tabs at the top of it's page. If a Napalm driver has not been configured for the device's platform, the tabs are disabled (greyed out) with no explanation to the user. It might be helpful to add a tooltip to these explaining why they are disabled.
