Python version: 2.7.6
NetBox version: 1.9.1

When viewing the device list, the filter fields at right allow a user to filter by site, rack group, etc. Each of these fields includes a count of relevant devices in parentheses. Within the site field, this count includes only racked devices, whereas it should include all devices assigned to the site.
