Support for 00 key instead of period character #17

I'm considering making a change to this library and optionally switch that period . button with a 00 button so it can easily be used for speed with a cash drawer.

Anyone think this would be a worthy addition to the library? Or even if it would be an easy thing to modify.

Here's the pull request for the simple feature that's an additional parameter passed in.
