tf-summarize not able to comment through forked repos

we are using tf-summarize to provide a terraform summary as a comment on PR using github actions. But the same is not working when we try to use it from a forked repo. How to make it working for forked repos.

Another issue is when tf summary is too long its reaching the limits of github comment, how to overcome that?

• Is there any error for forked repo github actions? In example, I used peter-evans/create-or-update-comment github action to comment. So it might be with github comment action.
• Regarding too long summary, we try to solve it in upcoming PRs
