Display my team name

Summary

If I don't know my team name (someone else entered it, I don't remember what I typed, etc.), there's not good way for me to figure out what my team is on the scoreboard.

Motivation

I want to know which is my team on the scoreboard.

Message a chair-type person who can look up the mapping of team ID to team name

This should be implemented by looking up Team ID 0 in the state object, and putting that team name somewhere.

We should also add this to the main MOTH user interface (the one with all the puzzles).
