After running bookmarklet, there is a white canvas overlay on developer.chrome.com that hides the website.

Steps to reproduce:
Add bookmarklet from http://0xabcdef.com/activate-power-mode/ as a bookmark
Go to https://developer.chrome.com/
Click bookmarklet

Tested on Win10, Chrome 86.0.4240.198
