The frequency since end of 2018 is 3.568600 MHz USB

This can be corrected in some files by hand doing sudo nano
wspr_js.js
wsprconfig.default

When already installed you also need to correct wsprconfig.js from the Apache webserver operating directory, else the correction will only be active for some minutes.
On RaspberryPi this might be /var/www/html/phpdir
