Module creates duplicated logrotate entries on Debian #214

Hello,

on Debian, the freeradius packages installs its own logrotate config files, which leads to duplicated logfile definition warning in logrotate.

I have created PR #213 with option to manage logrotate definitions and disabled it by default on Debian.

If you find it OK, please merge it.
