"Canvas Collections - editing" page is created when someone turns Edit On No one else can edit a course collections until its removed.

Sometimes it doesn't get removed.

Support this.

Add some contextual help that explains to the user they can delete the page, if they really want to
have the rquest for "edit on" check to see how long ago the page was created, if it is very long (a day?) then remove it
