how does it work with ARC Welder

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I installed ARC Welder with Chrome in PC

2.I launched AndBible .apk file
3.It asked me to download bible, but it failed to draw the download list.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect I can run it with ARC Welder in PC.
An internet article says ARC Welder could run Android app in PC with Chrome.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I have two folders, "mods.d" and "modules" with content.  Can you tell me where 
should I put these two files.
