Changing radio stations is wrong

My gamepad has analogue and digital sticks.
When I touch analogue stick (witch is act as driving wheel for me) the hand is rotating the deal, but melody does not change.
When I touch digital stick the melody is changes but I see no hand animation.
It's a little bit confusing. Can anybody fix this?

I am experiencing the same issue here with analog wheel (arduino leo emulating an xbox controller)

I just find that I have to hold the wheel left or right for a second or two before the song changes.
