[feature] initial zoom / animation

Hi,
could you please recalculate initial zoom, that I will see all devices with names on first display ?
When it is started, I see all devices, but without names, then I need to zoom in, but after that I can't see all devices, because they are outside of view.

And it is possible to disable animation / movement of items ? I move it on specific location, but it is moving to another :-)
