Doesn't show the video only the audio

sometimes the textureview doesn't render the video and produce only the audio..
I encountered this many times.

@iyy Unfortunately that was over 2 years ago, and I ended up just rewriting so much of this TextureVideoView that it's hard to tell what fixed it.
