Feature request: ItemRemoval -> remove item with specific NBT tag

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When some plugin is bugged / some creative server or someone makes some "bad items" with some specific nbt tag, this would be nice solution.

Describe the solution you'd like
List the nbt tag which I want to ban, and all items with this tag would be removed, when someone has it in inventory etc.
