Performance issue

Hello,

At home, with my core I7, calculating ssimu2 scores is around 30FPS.
But at work, on a server with AMD Epyc CPU, I am only around 6FPS.
I would have thought the AMD Epyc to be way faster, any idea what is causing the issue ?

This filter uses a lot of memory for each thread in the gaussBlur process, try limiting the threads in your .vpy file with: core.num_threads = 16
or another larger one

Thanks, I tried several values and 32 seems the best. I am now around 20FPS, not the performance I would hope but still better.

did you use the release plugin or did you compile your own?
