The image openkdk:14-jdk-alpine3.10 conatins the vulneravility (CVE-2019-13224, CVE-2019-13225, CVE-2019-16163) for Oniguruma package. which has been removed in Oniguruma version 6.9.3 (https://github.com/kkos/oniguruma).
Please update the image to remove this vulnerability and ssl and musl 1.1.22-r3 (CVE-2019-1469, CVE-2019-1549, CVE-2019-1563, CVE-2019-1547).
