Update openjdk:8-alpine to alpine version 3.10 to remove vulnerabilities #379

Are there any plans to upgrade openjdk:8-alpine to alpine version 3.10? Doing this would remove vulnerabilities. These are shown in the snippet below (scan results from Anchore):

The Alpine variant was dropped as it's not officially supported by the OpenJDK project #322

no more OpenJDK 8 Alpine images (Alpine/musl is not officially supported by the OpenJDK project, so this reflects that -- see "Project Portola" for the Alpine porting efforts which I understand are still in need of help)
