<p>All Doctrine projects should use tight constraints for tools like
<a href="https://github.com/phpstan/phpstan">phpstan</a> and <a href="https://github.com/squizlabs/PHP_CodeSniffer">phpcs</a>. Those are quite
fragile on patch releases and we don't want builds to start failing
without us having made any changes to our own code.</p>
