The game rendered in a wierd way when using DXVK.
image

It rendered as expected in native DX9, but poor performance.

Some useful information:
I also tested D3D9on12 wrapper(https://github.com/Joshua-Ashton/neun-auf-zwoelf) and the result is same render issue as DXVK.
dgVoodoo2/WineD3D are also tested and both will hang the game at start.
The game seems to hardcoded some size of objects and the UI is not properly displayed when using high resolution (2.5k or higher), whenever using native DX9 or DXVK.

The game uses Trinigy Vision Engine 2012.1.1.0.
